  ? What is a personal chef?  
  Personal chefs are relatively new to the professional foodservice industry. A personal  
  chef typically serves several clients, usually one per day, and prepares multiple meals  
  in the client’s home that are tailored to each client’s tastes and nutritional  
  requirements.  
  ? Where is the food prepared?  
  All food is prepared in the safety of your own kitchen at a time that is convenient for  
  you. On the prearranged cooking date I arrive with fresh ingredients, utensils, pans  
  & equipment.  
  ? How long will you be here?  
  Preparation of 5 entrees and appropriate side dishes will take approximately 6-7  
  hours. I will need time to unpack, cook, package, and clean up. Although it is  
  difficult to say exactly how long I will be using your kitchen, I am flexible and will  
  ensure that my cooking date fits compatibly in your schedule.  
  ? How are entrees stored?  
  Entrees are placed in IVEX containers that are both microwave and oven safe. The  
  containers are then stored in your freezer so that you may consume them at your  
  leisure. Containers are available in three convenient sizes; individual, two servings  
  and family style.  
  ? How often will we need your service?  
  The time between scheduled cooking dates will vary depending on how many  
  entrees are ordered, how often you choose to dine in or eat out and other lifestyle  
  variables. The service is very flexible and we do our best to accommodate your needs.  
  ? Do you have formal culinary training?  
  I am graduate of the Classic Cuisine Personal Chef Training Program and hold a  
  Safe Foodhandlers Certificate. I do not have a degree from an accredited culinary  
  school. I have 17 years of cooking experience and a genuine love for food and the  
  culinary arts.
